Best crossfit gym in Fayetteville?
Moving to Fayetteville in a few months and I'm wondering what gym is the most recommended.
Not looking for a gym where the juicebar is the main attraction, just a decent gym with decent equipment and decent people at a decent price. Looking to bring the family, wouldn't mind a MMA style gym with classes so long as it's not over priced (read poor military fellow) Anyone know anything that fits the bill? |

Re: Best crossfit gym in Fayetteville?
CrossFit Fort Bragg would be the best place to start, a bunch of guys train there, it is in Spring Lake just outside of the base and if you sign up for a year then it is $100 per month... Great trainers, at least the owner, I can't speak to the rest as I haven't met them.

Re: Best crossfit gym in Fayetteville?
Actually, there are four places in Fayetteville - two of which have MMA training. All four have great programs, but it depends on what you're looking for - coaching, people, personality.
Check them all out. John is right though, Michelle's a great gal and excellent trainer. 8-) |
