Re: Biggest Dude Doing Crossfit

I will answer that for John NO!

And thanks for the feedback on your Protein Powder. I remembered the name of the stuff I ordered - Its American Whey. It is the best. I add some Almond Butter for the extra fat and Waxymaze for carbs on the side. Good stuff. Seeing results.
Good luck this year.
Got to stick to my Giants being originally from Jersey. Miami - LOL anyway
Maybe you will see the Giants in the Playoffs or SuperBowl.

Re: Biggest Dude Doing CrossFit

I'm 6'5" 245lb and have really enjoyed doing crossfit for the past 2 months. Lost about 12 pounds by following the WOD and eating as close to paleo as i can. I have a tough time with so many pullups , but am progressing. Trying out SS now. Kinda miss my metcons though.

ps. John Welbourn, i still have my "broad street brawlers" t-shirt from back in the day. LOL!

Re: Biggest Dude Doing CrossFit

I'm 6'2" and was 276 when I started Crossfit 2 months ago. At 250 I feel like I'm about to float away.

Re: Biggest Dude Doing CrossFit

started 6'5" 236lbs. I've been cfing for 1 1/2-2 months now and already down to 217lbs stronger then ive ever been. I think I gotta knock off 17 more lbs of fat then it time to pack on some muscles!

Re: Biggest Dude Doing CrossFit

6'1" 275 - I have only been CFing for two weeks and have lost 8lbs without any dieting. It should fall off once I start Paleo.
