Re: selling my adipowers

I am staying away from anything that loads the spine for awhile. I get to tempted when I still have my awesome barely used adipowers sitting around !

Re: selling my adipowers

I am going to be honest, keep the shoes, focus on your recovery. Olympic lifting doesn't injure you. Being exhausted, using too heavy of a load for your level, and having poor mobility/flexibility are all red flags for this sport.

Get better, and get back on your feet. I had the same crap happen 6 years ago with my sciatica/piriformis syndrome. You will get better. Just don't do anything that hurts.

Re: selling my adipowers

It's easy to tell you to hold on to them when they're not my size. If they were 9.5s I would have said I'm sorry about your back and I'll take good care of your shoes.
