Did cleans now hamstring feels shorter

Well I did the Clean/GHD sit up WOD last friday and two days later I woke up and my right hamstring felt significantly shorter. To the point I could feel it stretching as I walked. There was no pain during the WOD or on Sunday when I did a row/run WOD. Stretching and foam rolling has helped but I still can't come close to touching my toes again. I can squat with and swing with no pain. Any ideas?
I hope that someday we will be able to put away our fears and prejudices and just laugh at people- Jack handy

Re: Did cleans now hamstring feels shorter

To have just one hamstring short is worse than two........Give it a couple days with some aggressive stretching, rolling, heat, and rest, and then go from there.
Foam rollers suck!
