Exclamation 3 Stage WOD

As a new member to the 'Crossfit' site, I wondered how hard it would be to
post the WOD with a Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced
routine. This may only need a small alteration to say 'the number of reps to be performed' or 'distance to be covered'. As the site is so obviously popular with the Fitness Community & new members are joining daily, it should be assumed that they are not all at the same level of fitness. This small change could be a great confidence booster to new starters & increase the popularity of the 'Crossfit' methodolgy even further! Just a thought!

Hi, Stuart, and welcome to the Crossfit Forums. This would probably be better placed in the "starting" forum, but I'll try to address it here.

To help people with scaling, BrandX creates various scales of the exercise on its forums each day. You can find the link here at the "start here" link on the mainpage.

Also, read the FAQ and the article about "Killer Workouts." You will find that there's a great deal of encouragement in the Crossfit community to scale and substitute as necessary depending on one's equipment and fitness level.
