Thurs. - July 3rd

That was tough. At 29, 182#, & around 6' I was only able to knock out 10 (9min). Really uncovered my need for a stronger grip, learning the kip, and a more stable PU station.

I love this workout. The last time I did it I got to 8 and about died. It seems so easy at first. By the way I try and do these strict no kipping.
Stats:39, 5'8" 175lbs.....

I think I'll try no kipping next time to set a base line (plus I wasted a bit of energy trying to get into a good rhythm).
