Pretty neat?! That was awesome! Man, Dimas' lower body is just rock solid. He just sticks those lifts like they're nothing.

What amazes me the most is his speed. Handling poundages like that, and still so incredibly fast... No wonder Oly lifting is used so much. Absolutely amazing.

Great stuff; thanks, Kevin. That is incredibly quick. The snatches looked quick until you see the jerk; almost couldn't follow his movement in the 1st jerk.

This is from Ironmind's "1993 Melbourne Training Hall" tape. Lots of good lifting on that tape, including Ivan Chakarov squatting triple bodyweight for three reps with no wraps, belt, or spotters. A good video to have in your library.
