Hey Alex,
I'm heading down wed late afternoon, I got a room at the Hilton Garden Inn for wed and thurs night. Hollar if you want to carpool down.
I'm a little nervous...but more excited to getting the next level of knowledge, expertise, and association with CF'ers and presenters.

Re: What can we expect at a lv II Cert

Guys, I went to the "new" Level II at CFSC in January. We met a.m. and started out with intros and Coach's lecture. Next was "broomstick mile" with Annie, then more lecture with Nicole. Kind of similar to Lev. I, but smaller group and more in depth discussion vs. "movement". Expect to be put on the spot in front of the group for technique coaching demo's. Be ready to critique/ correct your peers and vice versa. Lectures and discussion on programming, nutrition, affiliate business models etc. Lots of good info shared on "cueing" and coaching the athlete with different verbage and approaches. Dinner on HQ at Sestri's restaurant 1st evening, lots of fun. Level II will reinforce your belief in what you are doing right and give you the tools to change/ correct what you are not. I thouroughly enjoyed the Cert. only wish it were longer. My wife Donna, will be attending Level II in VA Beach as well, and although by no means "rich" we believe the cost well worth it in many ways. Bring lots of questions (start compiling a list now!) and take good notes if you are so inclined. Good luck and have fun!

Excellent! Thanks Michael! A first hand review is what I was looking for too. Is Donna in need of a room? I'm staying at the Hilton Garden Inn and looking for a roommate to share the room.
