Yeah I'm realizing there are alot of the core workouts Ive never even done.

GI Jane, Linda, Grace, Isabel, etc. I think we need to start a PR board for everyone. Like, I know that Fran time of mine is wicked beatable, so people need to know it so they can step up and hand it to me. It'll be motivational for all.

My Karen time is spurious because I wasnt using a 20 lb ball.

So much to learn, so much to do........I think this program will be challenging me for a long *** time.

I have been wanting to design a PR board since Toronto. They have a great one and I took some pics of it. We can put all the girl WODs, some rows, etc. Top 4 or 5 men and women under each one. What do you think? I need to find some whiteboard, that isn't super expensive! Any ideas?
