First Filthy Fifty

Slightly modified, and with a 25:00 cut-off, rather than "for time."

- 50 Box jump, 24 inch box
- 50 Jumping pull-ups
- 50 Dumbbell swings, 35#
- 50 Walking lunges
- 25 Knees to elbows and 25 Sit-ups
- 50 Push press, 45#
- 50 Back extensions
- 50 Wall ball shots, 12 pound ball (heaviest available)
- 8 Burpees

My hamstrings... Owwwwww...

I'm happy with it for a first time. Of course, after every workout I do, I always wish I had gone harder, always. Next time, next time.
