A little background info:
CrossFit Lombardy,as we like to call it is currently three guys living in the same house who do CrossFit: Matthew Cricchio, Jacob Rowell, and Brandon Underwood. Myself and Matthew Cricchio have been experimenting with different forms of ecxercise for about 1.5 years seriously, from standard weightlifting to SEAL style workouts. We have been doing crossfit off and on for 6-9 months, and have been pretty religious about it for the past 2. Brandon Underwood has also experimented with various forms of strength training, including traditional weightlifting and bodyweight exercises. He is fairly new to the world of CrossFit.

We are always looking for new people to join us in the Richmond area. We have a backyard that should soon be able to support 5+ people doing a WOD at the same time.

Today we did Fight Gone Bad. Our only subs were a 30+ pound ball for wallballs, and burpees for rowing. Brandon is out of town, so it was just me and Matt. I went first.
Round 1: 106
Round 2: 85
Round 3: 86
I can tell that my shoulder strength isnt waht it should be. SDLHPs and Push-presses got me.
Round 1: 123

Just me and Matt. We stuck with the same weight, and had to use a rigged up weight bench instead of a racker. Made things a little difficult.

10 135# Deadlifts
10 Renegade Man Makers (think burpees, but holding on to a 20# dumbbell in each hand)
10 Box Jumps (we use a 19" box)
Matt - 5 rounds + 1 set of Deadlifts
Brandon - 5 rounds + Deadlifts + Box Jumps + 7 Renegade Man Makers
Jake - 6 Rounds + 1 deadlift
