Yeah, first 20 seconds I got 15, second 10, after that it was painful but not lonely, had another 3 people hanging around with me. Liking the new signature.

90k x 5
100k x 5
110k x 6
110k x 5
110k x 5

Equal pr for 110k but not got the volume before so pleased with that.


Complete the following 3 minute AMRAP four times, resting 1 minute between efforts (start each AMRAP where you finished the last one, your score is the total number of rounds and reps completed):
15-12-9-6-3:
wall-balls 20lb
ring dips
kettlebell swings 32k

1 round plus up to 6 swings

Great metcon, ring dips felt very good, swings probably worst part, managed to complete rounds of 15-12-9-6-3-15-12-9 then all but the 6 swings.

Great job on the metcon, I bet that was a rough one! I do'nt know if I could finish a round with that 2 pood. Essex for you today.

CF Essex class


7 rounds while someone Rows 500m of:

30k Dumbel Snatch Right 5 reps
30k Dumbel Snatch Left 5 reps
10 Overhead Lunges 25k
10 GS Push ups

Highest score was 1 round plus 22 reps
Lowest score was 1 round plus 2 reps

Mainly due to someone rowing very fast and then someone else rowing slow.

1 minute amrap 32k KB Swings: 30 unbroken
1 minute amrap Rope Pull ups : 14
1 minute amrap 32k KB Swings: 32 unbroken

No rest from swings too the pull ups which meant bad pull ups score.

WOW!! Great work on rthe 1min KBswing thing. Unbroken with the 2 pood is really great!! Forsure get a pepper for that!

Wake up Scott, it's 2:00 in the after noon. What are you doing today? Martin told me last night as he was going to bed. ''dada wcan we do the workout and pick up our bars(deadlift)? we can got from 1 to 100!''

I figure we do deadlift and rope pullup, Martin has rope pullups for a few reps!!HAHAHA

Thanks NIk, it was hard to keep going with the swings but worth it, Crossfit Readings top bloke came down to train with us so I had to beat him and yes I did.

IM awake!! already trained just not logged it yet, fancied a quick sleep first!

That sounds great , Martin is getting into he's training now, you got to keep going hard so he does not catch you up too quickly Nik.

All decent, bit of a press out on the 100k.

'Fran' (just chin over)

21-15-9 rep rounds of:

42.5k Thrusters
Pull Ups - 3.56 pr

NOt done it chin over for a while and my pr for that was 4.17 so at least I am under the 4 minute barrier now, still a horrible workout.

50 Burpee Tyre Jumps for time: 3.40 nasty after Fran.
