in the past year i went from an extremely lean 177 to an extremely lean 195 as all my lifts went up greatly ( total went up probably 300 points, now at 980) and my times went down

The magic is in The Zone diet and intensity. If you aren't getting bigger eat more and get stronger. I went from 201 in February to 212 now in early July. Just good eating.
