Those weren't bad, my Push Jerk was just really off for some reason. I do freaking hate C2B though! I guess it pretty much murders the thought that CrossFitters kip because they can't do real pull-ups...

15 Snatches 95lbs
25 1 Pood KB Swings

Ugh with a side of ugh. All full Snatches. I don't know if it was my shoulders being smoked from Monday and the Double Unders yesterday, the Florida heat at noon, or the fact that the programming was solid, but this was miserable. I want to try it as RXed from CFFB with 250M Rows in place of my Swings. Awesome workout, crappy time.

Okay....CFFB DEFINITELY had Snatches listed last night for the WOD. It's Power Snatches now. **** it, just more work and power for this guy.

.So that looked easier then it was.
I was trying to talk myself into doing rthat one, but I need a rest day, I am pretty sore.

I love the CFFB stuff you're sneaking into the CB programming, Chuck. I think tomorrow at the station, I'll be doing PCs and Football Gone Bad. There is nothing better then working out in the FLA heat, and no shade anywhere.

Wifey just informed me that we'll be returning to the Gulf Coast for another 2-3 day retreat in June, probably to the same spot in Bradenton Beach/AMI area. Is your work schedule typically M-F, or does it change?

No idea what my schedule is man. I'll just call, text, FB, and CF you around the dates and see what we can work out.

Using a weight close to 80% of 1 RM a player will complete to power cleans every minute. He has the rest of the minute to rest. The cleans will start at the top of the minute.

Used 205lbs, wish I would have gone heavier.

7 Minutes Left, Down by 6

For time:

Thrusters at 135 lbs for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Chest To Bar Pull Ups for 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
SDHP @ 95lbs 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
Burpees for 1 minute
