My favorite WOD is Rest:-)
Actually, I enjoy the unique WODS like virtual shoveling or exercises that we don't do as often such as Turkish Getups.
I don't like the grinder/mill type workouts or Fight Gone Bad because they are difficult to do uniterrupted while I workout alone in a commercial gym.

i like this one posted at the norcal site under diagnostic workout. it is probably under diagnostic workout b/c after i finish it, i feel in need of medical attention. see below.
ps. who is judith?

"Judith Maynard"? How very interesting. Maynard is the frontman of the band A Perfect Circle, which is his "other band" (his first one being Tool). Both bands are known for their nu-metal excellence, expert song structure, beautiful but hard instrumentation, and irreverent lyrics, which call into question yuppie culture, inner demons, and in the case of their song "Judith", belief in God.

If you don't mind metal and lyrics openly questioning a persons faith, here's the video for the song (directed by David Fincher):

I imagine that the song helped inspire this workout, or perhaps helped Robb through it.

-Ive always liked Cindy but at 1 min intervals
-Tabata something else but circuit style
8 Rnds of 20 seconds each excercise of: Pullup, Pushup, Situps, Squat
with 10 sec rests

-but one ive seen and liked but never tried was

Cindy at 1 minute intervals is known as Chelsea... you shoot for 30 minutes.

And the 21-15-9: 1.5 pood KBS left arm, 1.5 pood KBS right arm, pullups workout is a fantastic beastie. Highest recommendations for that workout.
