food plan
Hi guys im new to this site, but im chris i been doing cross fit for a year and i really enjoy it, Food is a bit of a hassle for me, you see i work offsore on il rigs, when im at work its really hard , to keep up with the food, i use protein bars, protein shakes ect, Then by days pass off shore, i start to get weak,, I see it in my wod times, when im home i charge even my body shows cos i bulk a bit quick and my wods are so much beter, You have any ideas of food which can help me, but the once i can take them with me offshore, i work 4 weeks on 4 weeks off.

Nobody seems to have any suggestions, but I'm not sure how many of us are familiar with oil rigs. Why is it difficult to bring food from the shore onto the rig and eat the same things?

Well we have a weight limit of or bags, I guess i have to live with it (-: but thanks the same mate.
