Black Bean Soup

Hi, how good/bad is black bean soup? I love black bean soup!!

What's in your black bean soup? That's what determines how good/bad it is. It's certainly not paleo, but I imagine if you make it yourself out of decent ingredients it is perfectly fine otherwise!

Sounds tasty to me. Don't see anything wrong with any of that stuff, again, as long as you're not trying to be paleo.

Hahaha...I would definitely be in the dog house or the outhouse...lol!
Carb wise would it be too many carbs? Sodium I don't think it would be a problem, it would be only what is added and that can be controlled.
