Chris knows his stuff when it comes to strength, Speal worked with him in the off season to help get his static strength up, big improvements!

I saw a pic of you on FB at a box pulling and:

a) You are strong as heck!
b) You were right, your damn shoulders just got tan... I wish I was like that...

Thanks Chris! My pull is coming along pretty well, 800x3 today. And YES my shoulders are toasted!
