Suppose you could call that a true Cindy PB, as all done above board? Looking forward to seeing how we all do this week, we're doing the WOD on Thursday night, how about you?

Until you see video its hard to tell whereabouts your not doing full ROM, feel good about that score, definately legit now.

Yes going with that Lee, glad to hear your hitting the open, going to be good to see how much harder it is to qualify for regionals this year.

I meant to ask when we are hitting the Open wod today, would guess Thursday like yourself as they are announced Wednesday and that gives you a chance to re-do if needed.

Power Cleans

60k x 3
70k x 3
80k x 3
90k x 1 x 3
95k x 1 x 3
80k practice, full open and small dip AFTER FULL OPEN.

Decided not to do todays affiliate workout as so many things aching this morning and went with Williams workout with a small scale up.

3 rounds for time:

15 Hang Power Cleans 70k
15 Burpees - 6.49

Nice breathy workout, first round 15 then 8/7.. 6/5/4 on the HPC. Burpees fast first round, slow second, sort of fast last.

Totally awful thanks Nik, been to doctor's and I have Tonsilitus, reckon it will be with me for another week. just got to keep taking the penicillin and be ready for the sectionals, probably be doing it at the last opportunity.

Yes its getting me mad, my body feels totally drained, you know when you feel it just getting out of your chair. Doc said probably 10 days like this but its possible to break it in 72 hours, 24 down so 48 to go for a PR!! Usually find once I break the back of anything I get better pretty quick.

Right slept for 18 hours so had to just visit the gym , they said I looked really ill and pale , they were probably right.

Tried HSPU but made my already sore glands pump like mad.... so went with

5 rounds untimed

5 Deadhang pull ups
20 Sit ups unanchored
20 Double Unders

Just to get a bit of a sweat on.
