Thanks Samir, not my favourite workout with the burpee box jumps but the swings at the end were worst.

You doing tonights, I set you a good time to chase.

Re: A Bears Tale

30 December 2011

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

90k x 3
110k x 3
120k x 3
130k x 3

So-so, back feels better, only just sub 3rm PR.

7 rounds for time:

30 Double Unders
7 HSPU's
12 Pull Ups - 10.26

Feel like that was fast work, happy with it, unbroken for 5 rounds, then pull ups broke, last round of hspu 5/2.

Re: A Bears Tale

I would say fast work!! Nice squats. You really dont need to work on them, a little attention to them and I am done!!

Re: A Bears Tale

31 December 2011

Sprint work:

6 x 20m Sprints 30 sec rest
5 x 50m Sprints 30 sec rest
4 x 70m Sprints 30 sec rest

Done in the field, shoes a bit slippery.

Shoulder Press 4-4-4-4-4

40k x 4
50k x 4
60k x 4
62.5k x 4
65k x 4
60k x 4

7 minute amrap:

7 Knee to elbow pull ups
7 Burpees - 6 rounds 3 reps

Harsh today, felt bit sick with cough and that, only got 2 rounds unbroken on the kte pull ups , would usually expect more.

Re: A Bears Tale

Looking like you've been going strong lately Scott. Its hard for me to keep up with logs these days. That 7 rounder a couple days back looks particularly fast.

Been ramping everything up seeing if I can handle it for the comp in February, standards are way higher now so really need to train even harder for it.

The 7 rounder was fast but unfortunately someone learnt my hspu technique and got me (wider hands), cannot believe it took them so long.

Oh yes forgot this from today; Max DU's 112 Pr

Happy new year fella. When does the Open start? Touch wood will have a go this year for the crack. Your training is looking good, as ever.
