OK, this is probably not as serious an "injury" as some of the other stuff on the board, but I have a problem. During today's (060320) pullup workout, one of the calluses on my hand seems to have torn off, and the skin around it started to bleed. Not the end of the world pain-wise, but it sure limited my grip.

I've been reading around (after the fact), and it seems maybe I should have been filing them down...too late now. Anyway, my question is, I remember in crew, when we had this problem, there was a kind of powder you could sprinkle on your hand and it would heal right up, kind of re-forming the callus really quickly. Does anybody out there know what I'm talking about? Or have any other ideas? Thanks!
