Go to t-mag.com, renegadetraining.com, or intensitymagazine.com and go through the archives. I have seen it in at least two of these three sites. Lay on the floor and hold a dumbell or kettlebell straight up, then procede to get up to the standing position while keeping your arm locked out. One of these sites has pitures.
