I saw this article a while ago, and for some reason I didn't think to post about it here:

I'm no expert, but if half the claims are true then it's still a pretty long list of metabolism-raising foods.

Interesting but pretty incredible claims they make...like "Simply drinking eight 16 oz. glasses of water throughout the day, cooled to 40 Fahrenheit, will burn 200 calories; that's equivalent to running 3 miles!". Hmmmmm....never seen anyone on the ice water diet but I am sure there is a new book coming out.

Yeah, I've heard the amount of ice one would need to consume to burn net calories is HUGE. So maybe not that one...?
