This was fun! Cleans felt good & lighter. Hands were still healing from Angie & were giving me problems...NO EXCUSES!

Started a Strength Cycle program today & hoping I get some good numbers in the next few weeks. Starting Creatine & BCAA's along w/ my whey protein. Weighed in @ 171lbs hoping to get around 180lbs!

Wasn't getting full depth on my squats so dropped down the first set...bench felt good...pull ups sucked. Need to do more of those!
