Single Leg Deadlifts, left leg (choose the load but you should be holding two kettlebells or dumbbells in each hand)

2rds + 9WB as rx'ed (T2B took 80% of my time...)

WOD 3: TEAM WOD:

In teams of 3.

AMRAP 8 minutes: Air Squat (25 reps), Rest, Double Under

Teamed up with Scotti and Sara.

395 total reps (I got 79 in 3 rds)

STRENGTH, with a coach in about 15 minutes: Weighted Pull-up (pronated grip), up to a peak of 3 reps.

CONDITIONING:
Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes:
3 Overhead Squats followed by
3 High Hang Power Snatch followed by
as many air squats as you can do in the remaining time.

95#/52 squats

I thought taping my hands would be fine for this workout given I have a bunch of tears in both, it turns out I was wrong. Gripping the bar became impossible halfway through and it was a pretty terrible experience. I feel like I should've pushed a little bit more since there were two rounds where I didn't do any air squats...

Used 135lb for the FS, as rx'ed for the rest.

Hit the cap at the 38WB mark.

Row for as many meters as possible in 3 minutes then, after 1 minute of rest, go directly into Tabata Front Squats (pick your load from the following: 225, 155, 123, 93, 63, 33). Take your Front Squat from the rack!
