Is this legit? How is this possible?

Started to get into a bit of a debate with this guy about nutrition. This is what he posts on his FB page. I read his bio and it LOOKS like he has a solid background in nutrition. But, I don't really know. Apparently he's into training bodybuilders. I'm thinking about asking him for a WOD challenge to see how he really stacks up. https://www.facebook.com/TeamGorman?sk=info (w/f/s)

"We eat Pop Tarts, Pancakes, Cocoa Puffs, Doritos, and get CRAZY LEAN! NO client goes without eating anything good, we eat massive amounts of this food every week to get in amazing shape! and NO COOKIE CUTTER PLANS HERE! Everything is individual!"

If you eat within your calorie limits, you can eat anything. The guy eating just twinkies and the other guy eating just potatoes proved that.

Oh nice, a lean but unhealthy person. The only look good naked crowd are an odd bunch.

What about them? There are lots of ways to look great today while wrecking your health for the future.

It's like Phelps and his 12,000 cal a day diet. Do you believe it?

A lot of those bodybuilders use the "IIFYM" theme, which means If It Fits Your Macros. So yeah it is possible but not healthy or sustainable at all.

PEDs trump bad training and bad dieting.

Personal training is a tough gig, gotta have something to hook new clients and get them in the doors.

Check out the nutrition logs over at bodybuilding.com (scantily clad people, probably not wfs), kind of surprising what some of those guys eat and still look good; definitely not healthy though.
