Kinesio Tape

I am interested to learn more about Kinesio taping methods. Do any trainers or athletes have a edge on the practice. I know that my physical therapist can do it but, what happens if I need it before an event.

Re: Kinesio Tape

I don't like to reference youtube for these types of things but there are some good vids up there on youtube ATM for this.

What type of taping methods are you looking for? I may be able to find you some good ones.
