Luke are you doing 20 rep squats 3 times a week? That is hardcore, how is your recovery?

I'm doing CFWF and I would highly advise AGAINST trying to do a real 20 rep set of breathing squats, unless you have amazing recovery you will sabotage your progress on the other lifts. The program should be hard enough by itself once you start pushing your 5RM on the squats and if you are hitting high power metcons.
