Sealfit, Crossfit Endurance, Crossfit Football, etc.

So I happened to stumble across the sites listed above through mentions on the main site comments sections. Why doesn't the main site promote these with visible links? I'm assuming that they are "official" Crossfit-branded extensions.

Also, what other sites are there?

Bob

crossfit football is linked on the mainpage...at least it used to be.

sealfit is most likely linked way at the bottom on the right under "friends of crossfit" CFE might be there too.

performance menu and catalyst athletics are two others

Re: Sealfit, Crossfit Endurance, Crossfit Football, etc.

OK - I looked again and found CF Football and CF O-Zone, which I think is great newbie programming, didn't find any others. The formatting of CF Football, endurance and sealfit lead me to believe they are from CF corporate, is that true? I love the modification for special populations, and find the outgrowth of the main site fascinating.

Bob - read the sites you just listed. They have their own coaches and approaches. Feel free to modify the main site as you see fit. I'm not sure that "outgrowth" is the right word, the sites you list are for specific populations with specific goals above and beyond GPP. Keep reading, there's a lot out there!

Sealfit is not an HQ extension.

There is also militaryathlete.com and brassringfitness.com that also have really good programs. I personally follow crossfitfootball and sealfit and the gains that i have had are very impressive.
