Does this sound like a good sub

5 rounds
Row 800m
DB swing 75lbs x30
Jumping pull ups x30

If i don't have the pull ups yet would today be a good day to work on them after the WOD, or should i wait till a less intense pull up day.

Re: Does this sound like a good sub

if you have access to assitance bands, use those, or a gravitron machine. thats ok if you dont have any of these though. see how you feel afterwards, but i would suggest working on them as a warmup.

work on them everyday as a warmup if you havent been trying ot learn simple gymnastics moves and i do them as a warmup everyday and im making good progress
