You, sir, need to check out the cathletics WOD (wfs). They start a new cycle a week from Monday.

I second this - it's a list of mostly short, heavy metcons built for max power, strength building and speed.

On page 24 there's a list of the metcons in that thread for download. It's wfs.

What about 32 inch box jumps? Those, and jumping squats, sumo high pulls, any OLY lift.
