WOW, that is extremely impressive and inspiring. That is what it's all about. I have no idea who you are, but I couldn't be more proud of you. Keep up the awesome work and keep posting updates, very interested to see what happens next.

Thanks again eveyrone, I'm still working on shedding my former fat man suit which is taking a long time.

thats a very good job man, try for 170 it will take some time but its worth going the distance for sure. i started 3 days ago and im getting my *** kicked by the hardworkouts. i am a xc runner so i dnt woory much about fat but i want to grow some mussels, ill propably add some before and after pics in 3 months.
