Creatine and Vegetarians

I understand that we require PCR to generate ATP from ADP during intense effort, but are the nutritional requirements of a vegetarian better supplemented with creatine? (I'm talking hardcore vegetarian, the kind that won't even drive through towns with HAM in the name). Or is the biosynthesis of PCR from amino acids adequate?
