Special Populations class ideas

as you may have guessed from the title im taking a class right now that is teaching me how to be a physical trainer for special populations clients. i.e. heart patients, children, elderly etc...

this class requires that we create a pretend exercise routine for a pretend client. My "client" happens to be in rather bad shape (no pun intended)

problems go as follows

1. Heart attack a few months ago
2. Rheumatoid Arthritis
3. Overweight
4. Extremely out of shape. (has hard time even getting off of floor)
5. Hypertension

I was wondering if there were any crossfit workouts that you guys and gals would think were appropriate to have in such a prescription. Obviously the workouts would have to be HEAVILY scaled. either way just post any thoughts or ideas you feel are appropriate. in advance
