Before and after. Thanks Crossfit.

I know this is not a bodybuilding site at all , and thats the funny thing I never intended on building my body, I just wanted to get in better shape. I just had to post some before and after shots. Since I have started Crossfit training my entire life has changed. The best part is when others notice my change and I get to tell them about how I did it. I am in the best shape of my life and strength and endurance is constantly improving.

Your entire training regimen consisted of only Crossfit? That's incredible! Were/are you Zoning?

Congrats on getting totally shredded.

Re: Before and after. Thanks Crossfit.

Thanks a lot for the compliments guys.Yes i pretty much did only Crossfit workouts, sometimes I would follow the WOD and sometimes I would make up my own which consisted of Crossfit movements. I don't really follow the zone diet exactly but I just eat a very basic diet :if it can't be hunted or picked I don't eat it. Im 5'10 and I started at 230lbs and am now 170 , not sure about BF% .

Again, very impressive results. So, when you started Crossfit how did you scale the WODs? Did you follow Brand X, The Beginner Routine, or scaled it yourself?

The first routine I attempted was that 300 workout (not Crossfit), and that took me over an hour to do. I then found Crossfit and I didn't scale them at all , I just jumped in head first and no matter how long it took me I just made sure I finished. After a little while I started improving dramatically and getting faster and stronger. I did that 300 workout again for fun a few weeks ago and finished it in 15 minutes and 16 seconds. So needless to say Crossfit has paid off, big time.
