1st WOD: "Murphy" 1:17:36

2nd WOD:"Michael" 27:48

Off 2 days

3rd/4th:"J.T." 22:40 X 300 BW Squats 14:16 x 10:00 Min. JR.
on shift, no dip bar, no free weights. Did dips in between chairs.

5th WOD: Tabata something else : failed to score it. love the work out.

6th WOD: 5-5-5-5-5 Shoulder Press. 95;45;65;65;65. Left bicep and shoulder
Pain, had to go with lower weight.

Should've rested. Lesson learned.

5 rounds for time of
50 Squats
30 PU
15 HSPU

1st 3 rounds
50 Squats (straight through)
30 PU (5-5-5-5-5-5)
15 HSPU (5-5-5)

4th round. Hit my wall and lost.
50 Squats (straight through)
15 PU (5-5-5)

40:10

Don't know if it was because I hadn't rested or just couldn't maintain my focus.

Got busy on Sat. and didn't get WOD done. ( It was some very important family time.)

sun. on shift at Sta 4. so here it is.

subbed good mornings for BE
Bench dips for dips (no dip bar)

"Fran" (first time)

14:22

1st rd; 95#thrusts 11-10
pullups 12-7-2
2nd rd; 95#thrusts 10-5
pu 8-7
3rd rd; 95#thrusts 9
pu 5-4

On duty so the pu's were done on a Hose/Equipment Drying rack made of Parallel sections of 3" pipe spaced about shoulder width apart. PU's were done strict with hands facing each other. My kipping pu's don't feel right yet need to work on them more.

WOD was 400m walking lunge.

I made 200m in 189 paces
made225 paces in 14:15
finished with 1 1/2 laps at an airborne shuffle.

Did this at about 1745 my time and the temp was 98 degrees.
its 2045 now and my legs do not want to work right. Tomorrow ought to be great.

I was 1/2 way through the 3rd set of CWFU when we were toned out for a car fire;

Did yesterday's WOD this morn. Still can't do muscleups. So subbed 3pux3dips for 1MU

1min. 3x3
2min. 6x6
3min.7+2x9
4min.6+4x12

total time 4:01
will do the 5k run this eve if I don't go to Triton.

Couple of days behind on posting and at least one day behind on workouts. Did some combining to get caught back up. Anyone reading this have any comments on my combo workout I'd love to hear them.

21 KB swings w/ 55lb DB -8-8-5
12 PU -8-4

Rd2: 400 same as 1st (still hate the Treadmill)
KB swings-10-7-4
PU 6-4-2

Rd3: Same
KB swings 7-7-7
PU 5-4-3

All PU done dead hang. Need to work on Kipping. Need to really work on my mental toughness and start reducing the breaks in my sets!

Oh yeah, 19:20.
