ok, I know how to entice you. I will bring some barbacoa tacos. I think that each taco is 5 blocks.

Funny and Very True, It is about 104 degrees outside with 90% humidity.

this past june was the 12th hottest in history using average temps is what I just heard in a meeting. 15th using high temps. All I know is that it is hot as hell. I took my kettlebell to the track at lunch and did some stuff and planned on ending with 3rds of run 400m and 30 kb swings. I got half way around the track and before saying screw it.

I have not been there in a couple of months. I have been going to Joe's down on Fredrickburg rd. It is a mile from my house. But now that you mention it I should go back over there. Their lifting platform is alot roomier.
