Hm this is strange my original message didn't show up. Anyway, hi everyone! Yesterday was my first day on The Zone and also the first time I've done a WOD.

Before that, I was following bodybuilding routines for about 2 years, and diets like CKD to reduce bodyfat (was at 30% when I started).

Got a bit disillusioned with what I was doing the past month, went from 18% to 22%, and felt crappy trying to do a TKD.

I'd been lurking around Crossfit for a bit but never thought I'd be able to do the WODs. Made the big move yesterday though and the WODs are exciting!!

Welcome, Alicia!
CrossFit has produced some of the strongest, fittest women on the planet.
Just scale your workouts and be consistent, and you'll do fine.

Welcome aboard Alicia! Consistency rules. Scale the WOD to where you're at now and you'll be amazed where you'll be by the end of the summer. Same with the Zone. My bodyfat dropped 15% the first 3 months I was on it. Good luck...

Thanks everyone! Praises of how effective CrossFit combined with the Zone is, and watching the craziness in the videos, is what got me started. Looking forward to body recomposition!

Hey Andrew :-) I'm not really an Aussie hehe but it is my 2nd home! P.S. your CF blog looks great.
