so no need to WAM (Weight and Measure) your food intake

Workout - Tue 08MAR2011

10 rounds, each for time, of: 100m sprint + 90sec rest.
Sprints time:
  1. 17s
  2. 15s
  3. 17s
  4. 16s
  5. 17s
  6. 17s
  7. 16s
  8. 16s
  9. 16s
  10. 15.5s (I personally think it was 15s but I'm being conservative )

Note: No pull-ups in the warm-up because of shoulder acute pain.

  • Chicken breast, pan seared in olive oil, sea salt
  • vegetables ratatouille (zucchinis, carottes, mushrooms, oignons, a few cashews), topped with fresh olive oil
  • 1 orange
  • a few grapes

Hi Natalia,

I just started CrossFit this month but I finished a strict 30 days of Paleo in February with Whole9 and am still eating about 95% strict because it changed my life and my body so much! It was really the best decision I ever made and I don't think I have ever eaten so much good, deliciously fatty food and become so lean in my life! If you're looking for some easy, mouth-watering recipes and extra resources let me know - just wanted to say BON COURAGE from Montreal!

Hi Melanie !

Moi je viens de Montreal, hehehe. Ca fait presque 1 an que j'habite a NYC. C'est dur de bien manger!!

I need more recipes for breakfast...This morning was delicious, but I need a better breakfast, SWEET if possible
Frederic, my brother and coach is watching me !!! haha
Anyway, anything will help of course Like a paleo poutine recipe.... No ? Doesn't exist ?

  • strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • topped with: almonds blended with water and dates

Not much protein there, I know ! But what could have been added here to keep it tasty ? Suggestions...?
