Hi guys

As part of college im lookng at whether free/bodyweight rehabilation is better that exercise based rehabiltation, could anyone point me in the right direction re journals etc about this?

free. machines limit rom and do not enlist synergistic/accessory muscle groups. they are almost always done seated/lying down so enlist no core/balance groups. strict form always and lighter than preinjury weight initially. FREE.
