When I first heard about this "Cross fit" training I skeptical about it, I have always trained in the ring or in the gym being a MMA fighter and always felt that I was great shape. However now that I have been doing your WOD in my workout routine I am a true believer in it now, I have to give you guys and ladies that have been doing for a while your props I have never had my but butt kicked so bad in such a short time. I look forward to continuing my training and I enjoy the reading the boards for the information. You have a great community here, thank you.
