My family thanks you, CF

Hey CF Nation

just a quick "thank you" for this website, this concept and all of its founders/supporters.

My stats: 36/male/165/5'10"

In 2003 I was diagnosed as being hyperstensive. Cardiologist at the time thought I was brought in for testing by mistake, for my heart was in great shape. High BP was simply genetic. I was told that due to my genetics, I would be on medication for the rest of my life. Prior to finding CrossFit this past November, I was put on a second agent (pill) because my body stopped reacting to the medicine.

Now, I am back on one pill, and my BP is slowly getting lower. I attribute this to adopting the CrossFit approach to training and feeding my body.

I have a growing, supportive family who thanks you.
