Polo T recommendations for females?

For a few years I have worn a Nike classic men's small, because it fit the best and the armholes were big enough. But they have become faded and I need to get new ones.

I tried Tommy Hilfiger recently and I'm a size M in their classic female, although any suggestions for less expensive 100% cotton polos?

I like Lands' End, which offers both soft and mesh styles in a variety of cuts. Some say their quality isn't the same since Sears bought them, but I haven't had any trouble with basics like polos.

The regular size? There are many good reviews (thanks Katherine!) so I'm inclined to get a few now, but just need some reassurance that the size of their armholes fit the larger arms of female athletes !

Re: Polo T recommendations for females?

I wear a women's small (6-8) at Lands' End, but a women's medium or men's small most other places. They fit fine, including the armholes and shoulders. My arms are muscular for my size -- and muscular enough to get occasional comments -- but not what I'd call hyooge. (Although I do have a small bust, so you might need to size up if you're more generously endowed.)

If worst comes to worst, they also have a good return policy, including letting you return stuff purchased via mail order at a Sears retail store.
