Today's WOD was "Lynne", one of my favorites. It is five rounds for max reps of Body weight bench press and Pull-ups.

I just wanted to post my improvement since the last time I did Lynne. I had a +24 BP rep improvement and +35 PU rep improvement in 37 days.

I am nearing the 90 day mark for starting Crossfit, and I think my body is finally turning the corner. I have dropped bodyweight and overall max strength, but my endurance strength and cardio endurance is going thru the roof.

So for those that are just starting out, hang in there, and the gains will eventually come.

Wow. Those are some amazing gains. Have you just been following the WOD as rx'd? Powerful testimonial to the efficacy of this program.

I have been following everything as RX'd as much as possible. I had to sub for some exercises that I didn't have equipment for, but I have been pretty close.

Originally I was going to try Crossfit for 90 days and see where I was fitness-wise, and this pretty much answered that for me.
