95# Shoulder Press(strict)
95# High Pull(non SD)
Time: Exactly 30:00

Notes: Felt really weak on the SPs so they slowed me down quite a bit.

95# Barbell shoulder press
Ring pushups
95# Barbell high-pulls(non SD)
Ring dips(assisted w/ feet on a 20" box)

Time: 36:48

Notes: The twelve day workout layoff really hurt me. I felt extremly tired and weak doing this today. Also, I don't think the 90 degree heat in the garage helped either. PR on this is 27:18(I think). I'm going to try and get back in the swing of things over the next couple of weeks.

200 Pushups
200 Squats
200 RC Situps
Row 2000m
Break up pushups, squats and situps as needed.

Time: 48:29

Notes: Good workout, the second 2k row was pathetic with a time of 8:45. I broke up the pushups, squats and situps into 8 rounds of 25 reps.

Thursday 7/17 WOD
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Push-ups
12 Ring dips
115 pound Push-press, 9 reps

4 Rounds + 15 pushups + 4 RDs

Notes: I was ready to blow through this WOD until I got to the 2nd round of pushups. At which point it felt like I had a 50# weight on my back and I knew I was in trouble. If I had scaled the Push-press, this would have been much more intense.
