Prowler Sled
I'm wondering how much a Prowler sled w/o extra weight weighs. I've done a google search, but haven't found much info.

Nevermind... had to get creative with my search, but found one site that states the Prowler weighs 75 lbs.

Keep in mind that on asphault an empty Prowler moves really easy. Grass makes it a lot harder. If you don't have one, you might want to find someone who has one and do a test run to see if it meets your needs.
I use mine for conditioning work and sometimes sub it in for runs/rows/bikes when I'm working out too late. |
