STRENGTH DAY - Zercher Hold Sandbag Squat 6 Rounds of 50lb sandbag squats (5 reps in each round) ... 5-5-5-5-5-5 Finisher - Tabata PVC front squats (3:50 - 20 on/10 off) -Focus on stabilization of PVC 11-10-10-10-8-8-8-9 *Did 5 partner assisted pull-ups Notes: - Today felt good ... I think my 2 rest days helped a lot - My legs felt wobbly aftewards - Had to keep telling myself to keep a straight back when squatting with the 50lb sandbag |
