"Goliath"

Originally called this one King Kong # 2 but used 160 kg on the squat and 85 kg on the Snatch. Stepped it up a little on the weight, and it's official name is now "Goliath". Any takers?

3 rounds for time of:
1 Back squat @ 180 kilos
2 Muscle ups
3 Snatches (squat snatch) @ 90 kilos
4 Ring Handstand pushups
Time 8:34

Definetly room for improvement on this time. I had 2 missed snatches on my second set and I am pretty sure I broke my foot by kicking the weight out of frustration. Just goes to show If you don't repect the weight, it always wins.

Okay, I know somone else on these boards can do this workout. I don't know who it will be or when. I did it again and got a 5:41. Sub 5 hopefully next time.

Nice work. Would be fitting if Dave took on your challenge.

What percentages of your 1RM are those lifts?

I want to do it soon, not your weights though. Im thinking I can deal with 90% on the bsquats, and 80% on the snatches (almost betting I'll have some snatch misses). No ring hspu's either, but I will do a small deficit for sure.
