Every 30 seconds for ten minutes:
10 seconds of work, alternating air squats (at one end) and jump lunges (at the other end)
run length of gym (1.5 basketball courts)

Score is total reps of squats and lunges (nobody really kept count)

5:00 rest

50 burpees for time

"Looks can be Deceiving," an NEN workout.

Do the combination of exercises down the length of the basketball court, run back, each pair 4x through.

Broad Jump*/Walking Lunges
Spiderman PU#/Triple Jump
Broad Jump Burpee#/Bear Crawl
Crabcrawl Pushup^/Backwards Jump
Side Bear Crawl*/Backwards Run

This was first done 3/08. Today we had John, Brian, Brad, Shawn, Gina, Lisa, Robert, Mark.

Basketball WoD: One person shoots, one shot at alternate ends of a short court, stopping after 8 shots or 5 baskets. Other persons are at stations. Once 8 shots or 5 baskets made, rotate through the stations. Count reps at each station. The winner is the person with the most total reps. The idea is that you quickly shoot (and make) your baskets to reduce the time available to the other competitors to accumulate reps.

Say "done" when you reach the required number of reps at your station. Do not stop until the 4th person yells "done," then rotate to the next station.
