Nice. I've been meaning to try out Jump squats with a bar for awhile now since I've seen videos popping up with them on the board.

Yeah the tire flip with the jumping shows up on Gym Jones quite often. If anybody needs to be sore try Tabata Jump Squats...ouch.

What size is the tire Sage using. I'm trying to get tractor tires myself and the guy I was talking to said I needed to tell him what size I want in diameters.

Sandbag jumpsquats are pretty pain inducing too. I load my sandbag up with 70 pounds and include it in a circuit. Talk about metabolic demand!
